Kingborough Lions United shell Metro 4-0 inwards a pre-season friendly at North Chigwell today.

“They played some lovely soccer, two-touch soccer, too they were real impressive today.
“The commencement one-half they totally dominated. I remember the commencement xx minutes of the 2nd half, nosotros had a few chances too took it upward to them, but they’re a shape lot.
“I remember Tim did a wonderful labor amongst them. It was a practiced lesson for us.”
